Royal Harbour haddock comes from the North Atlantic coast of Canada. Haddock is a mild tasting fish with a nice flake and very tender. Haddock cooks very quickly. Haddock can be baked, barbecued, breaded, fried, steamed, poached or sautéed.

Take the product out of the freezer. Remove product from the packaging. Leave the product in the fridge in a lightly covered container for 24 hours to thaw progressively.
