Scallops in honey sauce

A simple, light and healthy recipe that glorifies the natural taste of the scallops with an amazing hazelnut flavor!

Ingredients

–   200g of RoyalHarbour scallops
–   1 French shallot
–   1 tea spoon of butter
–   4 tea spoons of white wine
–   2 table spoons of honey
–   1 tea spoon of soya sauce
–   Salt and pepper

Steps to follow

1- Fry the shallot in the butter then add the wine. Let this mixture cool a few minutes.

2- Add all other ingredients except the scallops to the mixture.

3- Cook the previously defrosted scallops in a very hot frying pan, 45 seconds on each side. Add a little bit of butter to cook the second side.

4- Serve the hot scallops accompanied with their honey sauce and asparaguses for example.

5- Enjoy!
