The Ingredients
  • 1 bag of mix seafood from Lagoon Seafood
  • 2 portions of fresh homemade or commercial pasta
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ cup (about 50g) of enriched flour
  • 1 garlic head
  • 10 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons semi-salted butter
Utensils
  • 1 large saucepan
  • A few sheets of paper towel
  • 1 large plate
  • 1 large stove
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 2 small plates

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    During this time, heat a large saucepan filled with water with coarse salt.

  • STEP 02

    Finely chop the garlic. Set aside in a small plate.

  • STEP 03

    Chop the parsley. Set aside in a second small plate.

  • STEP 04

    When water boils, place fresh pasta and cook Al Dente. Keep aside.

  • STEP 05

    Press gently the seafood between several sheets of paper towels.

  • STEP 06

    Heat one tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in the frying pan. When it is hot, sauté a few moments the chopped garlic in it. Keep aside.

  • STEP 07

    In a large plate, pour the flour. Place some seafood and roll them in it. Do the same for all the seafood mix.

  • STEP 08

    Heat up the rest of the olive oil and butter in the large skillet. When these are hot, place the seafood. Cook them until the shrimps start reddening.

  • STEP 09

    Add the pasta and garlic. Gently mix the mixture evenly. Leave it over medium heat for 3 minutes.

  • STEP 010

    Place the contents of the pan in two plates. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
